Manager - Syndicated Loans Agency £250 per day London
An extraordinary opportunity has arisen to join a FTSE 100 firm based in London within the Banking sector. We are looking for hands on Manager specialist in Syndicated Loans Agency
Purpose of the role/accountabilities:
To provide managerial support in the negotiation, documentation, implementation for the Front Office/non-operational administration of corporate transactions where the Bank has been or wishes to be appointed as Agent Bank and additionally in some cases as Security Trustee.
Main responsibilities include the timely and accurate monitoring of all facilities to ensure that they are in compliance with their requirements and that those that are not, undergoing timely remedial action.
Requirements:
- Requires an in depth knowledge of syndicated loan documentation across all the various types of facilities that may be encountered by Syndicated Loans Agency.
- Good negotiation skills with a sound knowledge of the general practise and principals of corporate banking.
- Familiarity with the forms of security taken in connection with syndicated loans together with how that security is perfected and as required released.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the Banks systems and software to ensure that every opportunity is explored to enhance the department's procedures. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ideally a working knowledge and experience of all the operational duties required.
