Compliance - Disclosures
Contract - 6 months
Rate - £300 per day to £350 per day
Location -London
One of the world's largest asset management firms is looking for a compliance professional to join their team on a contract basis.
The role requires the individual to be well versed in the area of disclosures, especially around large shareholdings. You will understand the regulations around disclosures on a global scale covering 50+ international jurisdictions.
You will have a good understanding of Transparency Directives, Companies Act, Takeover Panels and Trading Exchanges across a number of regions as well as regularly responding to enquiries from issuers and regulators and dealers about the firm's disclosure position.
