One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a QC Manager to implement the way of working and partnership between the QC and Production department
Start: ASAP
Length: min 5 months with a possibility of extension
Location: South of Brussels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and implement WoW/partnership between the production unitand QC in the context of the project QC Demand and planning
* Design demand capture process, meeting charter, frequence, escalation & gov bodies
* Q-Cap: DS design, Encoding, Plan run, check, improvement.
* Selection of the MPU as pilot
* Lead & Supp the task force related to the production unit - QC partnership
PREREQUISITES:
Education
* Scientific University Degree
Knowledge
* Strong interpersonal skills: Communication, negotiation and networking skills.
* Ability to build relationship with internal and external customers/partners (interact empathy, clarity andassertiveness)
* Change management
* Project Management
* Methodological approach
* Coach and guide other team members
* Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Good understanding of QC operations
* Masters demand management and capacity planning
* Communicate openly and proactively on all demand/capacity issues with management
* Ability to work in synergy with all departments
* Open minded for teamwork and collaboration
* IT systems (SAP transactions, web and Microsoft Office pack)
