Operational Excellence Optimisation Managers - Large Financial Services Organisation - New Programme - Positions are UK Wide
I am currently looking for a number of Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence Managers to work on a new programme within a Large Financial Services Organisation. The programme is focused on improving the customer experience, making it simpler for colleagues and reducing cost.
We are looking for experienced Operations Excellence contractors who can lead and implement:
Good Operations Management practices
Who can coach Service Excellence capability, putting the customer at the heart of what we do, through deployment of Lean Sigma
System Thinking Methodologies within the Operations they are working in.
Roles are expected to be for between 6 -9 months supporting business locations across the UK.
Skills/Experience:
Candidate must be an Experienced Lean/Operations Excellence practitioner
Experience of building operational capability through deployment of Lean Sigma & system thinking methodologies is a must
Understands Good Operational Management Practices
Ability to understand business problems and design and implement relevant solutions
Experienced in Coaching, Consulting & Influencing at all levels
