Background: For the most part delivered telephony in Östergötland County Council as a packaged service (supplier fn TDC). Other systems that are managed in the field (eg, paging and patient telephony) provided by other vendors. Telephony group within IT center is responsible for the development and management of the telephony platform, which include eg mobile, fixed and cordless (DECT) telephone and paging systems.
Mission:
The mission is to strengthen the voice group with management of operational issues and development in the following areas:
Patient Telephony - such as issues relating to property/residential
Paging - daily new pager/order management incl. operational meetings
TeleQ (callback system used by primary care blah) - technical dialogue with suppliers on service
General management of the County Council's telephony - cases from operations
Estimated scale assignment is expected to last between and . It is 100% of a full time
