Global Pharma seeks an early phase Clinical Statistician for an initial 12 month contract. There is scope to work from home after an initial period of office based interaction and delivery.

You will support a team of project statisticians across early phase development predominantly in the area of Neuroscience. This will include the development of protocols, clinical and data analysis plans. In addition you will work closely with development teams and may be asked to take on the role of project statistician.

You will assist or be responsible for the selecting the appropriate statistical methods and apply modelling and simulation approaches to improve study designs. You will also undertake data visualisation for trial safety review data sets.

In addition you will participate in peer-review of statistical output. You will also communicate study results via regulatory submissions, manuscripts or oral presentations either internally or externally with key customers at scientific meetings.

To be successful you will have an M.S., Ph.D. or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics or similar. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

You will also be proficient in SAS programming and have great communication skills both written and verbal. You will also have strong self-management skills and have a strong results focus and deliver consistently to time, quality and customer agreement. A natural problem solver you will also be creative, innovative and a strong team leader.
