- 10+ years experience professional with background in Staffing Industry.
- Smart professional with ability to ideate and engage with Sr. VPs, Architects, Business Representatives etc
- Possesses good understanding of Global Staffing Industry
- Participate in Innovation workshops with customer (on a quarterly basis, say) leading to identification of value generating ideas
- Blend of Functional and IT skills
- Deep knowledge of functional areas - Candidate Management, Recruitment Process, Search and Match
- Exposure to product development for staffing industry will be a plus
- Ability to present ideas in an articulate manner (verbal and written)
