My client a large multinational has an immediate contract for an experienced Service Delivery lead manager to join their outbound tele-marketing campaigns. Your role will include working closely with defined vendors to manage the on-going performance of outbound business - to - business campaigns for Western Europe. This is a twelve month contract role and possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop internal relationships with the Sales and Marketing dept.
  • Manage the full execution life cycle of the tele-marketing campaigns
  • Manage the scope and objectives of campaigns to clearly manage clients' expectations
  • Work closely with clients and vendors for driving cost reduction (budgets), execution excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Project management; process improvement; call collateral (Scripting guides; follow-up emails) creation and review; and optimization

Experience and Requirements:

  • Strong analysis, evaluation, leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in supporting or managing outbound telemarketing/telesales projects is essential.
  • +3 years in project management and project life cycles experience
  • Superb client/stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
  • Knowledge of the software industry products/services/applications (a bonus)
