eCRM Euro are looking for a Marketing Manager for one of our clients based in Netherlands.
We are looking for a marketing Manager who will be:
Responsible for the online formula and working with and promoting the online formula;
Conducting independent of usability and customer satisfaction surveys with external parties and optimizing the online environment based on the results;
Generating and processing feedback through various online feedback tools;
Responsible for writing and entering the online content and findability thereof;
The by translating (brand) campaigns and up-2-date of proposition and product information;
Planning and forecasting of activation and self-service capabilities through operations:
The continuous improvement of online self-service functionality based on customer information;
The co-developing online (trademark) campaigns;
The maintenance, optimization and availability of the open and closed environments on both the desktop and the mobile device;
Facilitating and advising about online cross and upsell on the base.
