A UK wholesale & Investment bank is looking for a Strategic Change Project Manager with Lean to implement a new operating model. This will involve designing the right organisational structure, migrating data from existing to new processes, up skilling people and getting the business ready for the new Target Operating Model. The end state model has been started, but needs to be completed & implemented. This is a very senior role, you will be dealing with MD's in the Business so you need to be a good communicator & be able to deal with people at a senior level. You must have come from an Investment banking background or a consultant background. Lean is also essential to be considered for this role.
