Job Title: Service-Now Technical Consultants
Job type: Contract
Location: Central London
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Contract Rate: Negotiable Day Rates

Our client is looking to recruit a Lead Service-Now ITSM Technical Consultant to architect, deploy, configure, support, and in some cases, train customers on Service-Now Service Assurance products. The roles are on a contract basis and will be based in Central London working on a Global Multi-Stream Service-Now Implementation Project in Central London for a Top Tier Bank.

Ideally candidates with in-depth knowledge, gained on a commercial basis, of Service-Now ITSM, Orchestration, Automation, Service Request, CMDB and Self Service Portal. Preferably knowledge of any of the following of particular advantage: Netcool, Microsoft Manager of Managers (MoM) or SCOM, Tivoli, Network Node Manager (NNM), or Unicenter. Candidates should have operating systems knowledge (UNIX and/or Linux), and networking, and some coding preferably Java, C, or C++. Experience with all the listed applications is not necessary, but a good understanding of at least one would be useful.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Install and configure Service-Now Service Assurance applications Orchestration, Automation, Service Request, CMDB and Self Service Portal.
· Customize Service-Now applications
· Implement integrations with Service-Now applications
· Troubleshoot and support Service-Now applications and systems
· Draft technical installation, configuration, and customization specification documents
· Conduct requirements gathering workshops
· Draft use cases and functional requirements documents
· Communicate strategies and best practices for product implementation
· Design custom or product-based solutions based on Service-Now applications application
