A high profile Federal Government agency is seeking a Contract Manager/Business Analyst to join their talented and dedicated team in Canberra IMMEDIATELY for an initial 5 month contract with the view to extend a further 6 months. You will manage the renewal of the ICT Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the provision of ICT Services and Support by the department to external client agencies globally.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the renewal of the MOU for ICT Services and Support between the department and external agencies for the global communications network
- Formalise partner collaborations and determine a structure of mutual ICT operation and services in close consultation with client agencies
- Integrate services provided by the Help Desk with the support requirements of external agencies
- Maintain accurate and clear records of all consultations undertaken in the MOU renewal process
- Interface closely with the Finance team on the new ICT services cost model
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following;
- Previous contract management and/or Business Analysis experience and experience developing memorandums of understanding
- ICT knowledge and experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with multiple levels of an organisation
- Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
