Experience in one of the App-containers eg Tomcat

Good experience in Java development in either of the areas eg Middleware development OR multi processing Or Multithreading OR JMS/MQ Series

Good hands on design experience

Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Java/DB programming (JDBC)

Comfortable in unix (eg command level experience, can open/study/analyze log file)

Good in troubleshooting
