Support Analyst - Quasar
Support Analyst required to fully support the Quasar related business processes and procedures with my Investment Banking/Asset Management client based in London.
Candidates will be respobsible for, but not limited to:
- Taking ownership of errors, liaise with internal operations, infrastructure staff, business users and third-party suppliers.
- Prioritising and manage the resolution of cross-team data issues.
- Fixing bespoke software faults (by coding, writing and executing test plans
Candidates will require the following expertise:
- Asset management and fund administration knowledge.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quasar V5.00.
- Skilled in using InterSystems' Caché 5.0, 5.2 and 2010, including Caché classes, methods & queries and configuration management.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Unix Scripting, OpenVMS DCL, HTML and the ITIL best practice framework an advantage.
- Candidates will require both expert knowledge of Quasar and experience within an Asset Management environment to be considered for this position.
