Hourly/Salary: to $85,000

POSITION DETAILS
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a SQL Server Database Test Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity in Richardson, TX. The Test Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and correcting technical issues within complex .NET applications integrated with SQL Server . This role will focus on the testing of data transmission and the integration of application and SQL Server databases. You will create regression test suites for different testing projects written in SQL Server Development tools (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- SQL Server Database Integration Testing
- Types of Testing - Regression Testing for Different C#/VisualBasic .NET Applications/Functional Testing
- Test Cases/Test Scripts - Creation/Application
- SQL Server - Database Administration/Performance Tuning
- SQL Server - Database Development/T-SQL/Query Optimization
- SSIS - Integration Services - Configuration/Testing
- SSRS - Reporting Services - Configuration/Testing
PREFERRED (but not required)
- SSAS - Analysis Services
- Financial Services
- Agile/SCRUM Methodology
