Description
A Finance Business Process Analyst is required on a 12 month fixed-term contract to work closely with the Finance function of a global organisation to improve the efficiency and control of the financial transaction processes and lead on a number of change projects. The post-holder will conduct the analysis of existing processes and finance systems to identify areas of improvement, to then prepare business cases and lead of the implementation of solutions and re-engineering initiatives. This will encompass working on multiple workstreams including P2P, O2C and R2R.
The successful candidate will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with proven business and finance process re-engineering skills as the main focus will be to re-engineer finance and systems processes. Experience of centralising financial processes or migrating processes to a shared service function would also be desirable. Candidates will need excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills with the gravitas to communicate across all levels.
