Manager, Stat Programming needed in NC![SAS, CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, Satistics, Programming, Lead Programmer, Manager of Statistical Programming, Pharmaceutical, CRO]
An award winning CRO seeks a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership capabilities to join their team as a Manager of Statistical Programming. This individual would report into the Director of Statistical Programming and manage about 10 Direct Reports. The majority of this positon is spent hands off, but periodically hands on.
Other opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising and Managing Staff
- Ensuring all staff is adequately trained, mentored and developed
- Involved with strategic operations
- Directly involved in the interview process
All potential candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 8 + years clinical trial experience
- Min BA/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Previous Project Management or related experience
- Experience in Managing and Mentoring a group of programmers
- Excellent communication skills
