Vice President Infrastructure -ChicagoThe Vice President Infrastructure will report into the CTO of this large, international Finance organization in theChicagoarea. As a Vice President Infrastructure, your main responsibilities will be aligning the technology strategy and vision for IT infrastructure engineering and the datacenters with business strategy, whilst managing up to 400 IT professionals across different teams in operations as well as datacenters. In this role, you will be driving the replacement of legacy infrastructure with new innovative technology as well as cost optimization of the overall department(s), whilst maintaining and improving the technology organization's competitive edge.
Your profile:
- Must have a BSc, MSc in Computing Science, Finance, or Management.
- Must have background in the Financial Services/Banking industry
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management / director role
- Must have experience in putting in place innovative strategy/technology that demonstrably improved performance/ competitive edge/ cost optimization
- Must have solid background in leading technology teams, as well as solid understanding of the technology delivered by these teams
- Must have ability to influence as well as liaise with (non-technology) Senior Business leaders

The role of Vice President Infrastructure is a highly strategic role in an innovative, global Finance organization. You will be ensuring this organization's technology department maintains and improves its competitive edge in the market. The compensation range will be between 250K-350K on the base with a performance bonus between 70-90% annually.
Additionally, the secondary benefits package include equity grants.
