Job Title: Risk Management - HSEQ Manager
Purpose: Responsible for the effective management of Operational, Project and Safety Risk in order to develop/maintain a risk management culture aligned to the principles of ISO31000, as well as leadership of the HSE, Quality and Company Document Control functions.
Key Deliverables:
- Promote, facilitate and implement risk management awareness, processes and procedures for all company operational activities.
- Act as a risk partner to the business, ensuring that practises are compliant with best practice, aligned to company strategy and actively support organisational performance.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the company on all aspects of operational risk management, including reporting and promotion of the discipline wherever possible in order to facilitate a companywide risk management culture.
- Ensure project risk management capitalises from Lessons Learned and is performed in accordance with best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistently.
- Continuous identification of opportunities and solutions which will improve management process and procedures to increase efficiency and performance.
- Compliance and management of all appropriate legislation, including but not limited to;
- Overall responsibility for the effective leadership and strategic management of the Quality, HSE and Company Document Control functions.
- Effective management of the internal audit plan as well as conducting Internal audits and Risk audits where appropriate.
- Responsible for the effective line and performance management of all direct reports, as well as their motivation and development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in performing to a high standard in a similar role
- Diploma in Risk Management (or equivalent)
- Experience in an operational risk management role in the Oil & Gas industry
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management principles
- Experience of marine offshore environment
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience in the management of HSE and Quality functions
- ISO Lead auditor
