Description
1. Assist Project Managers, Manager and peers in delivering projects by drafting reports, project deliverables, and by conducting research on technical options, process requirements, and other project-related matters.
2. Perform data analysis, collection, planning and review for Security and Surveillance efforts. Communicate, discuss and resolve any issues and risks with appropriate staff, project team members, or other IT groups.
3. Lead efforts to document and collect various business requirements, organize, document and present (business process refinement) in order to present alternative solutions and provide recommendations for resolution or escalation, as necessary. Ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly documented, discussed, and presented.
4. Lead efforts to satisfy ad-hoc management and customer requests that require research or option analysis.
5. Lead, direct and coordinate cross team analysis efforts as needed.
6. Lead small projects, taking ownership for all aspects of project development and implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IT or equivalent work experience

3 or more years of work experience in similar or related field
