We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the UK CFO and UK HR Director for our client, an IT Services organization who are thought leaders in Infrastructure Services, Workspace, Connectivity and Consulting.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Diary management for the UK CFO and UK HR Director

- Arrange meetings, being first point of contact for visitors, booking meeting rooms and hospitality for visitors

- On behalf of the Directors liaise with C' Level individuals at client' customers, 3rd party suppliers, partners and corporate alliances

- Administer proposal documentation and presentations using PowerPoint

- Being first point of call for queries to the Directors

- Strong MS Office, including advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Liaise between the UK Board and Corporate Board with regards to monthly reporting and meetings

Prior experience in supporting a board level Director and/or other board members will be required for this role. You will have excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills.

You will be analytical, have a flexible attitude, and display strong decision-making abilities. In addition, you will ideally have a personable and approachable manner, a strong personality and flexible attitude.

Technical skills required include: 50 WPM typing skills, full knowledge of MS Office, with advance user skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
