- Cisco network skills (min. CCNP certified)

- Network management skills (monitoring, alerting, tuning, reporting)
- 8+ years of experience with IT Architecture, 3+ years as IT Architect
Must be able to lead, train and coach other project members. Must be able to assume roles such as head integrator or specialist, in specific fields.
