Cable Installation Engineers (Business Installations/fibre optic/cabling/DTV/Broadband/telephony)
West Yorkshire
Our client, a global outsourcing organisation is urgently seeking several Cable Installation Engineers (Business Installations). This is an initial 6 month contract, to be based in West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for installing residential DTV, broadband and telephony services to customers in accordance with required standards.
Responsibilities:
*Install all customers' services;
*Educate the customer on services installed and ensure all services are operating to the customers' satisfaction;
*Self-audit all work and ensure it meets all applicable technical and operational quality standards;
*Ensure vehicles are not over-loaded or otherwise pose a risk;
*In-depth experience of residential install activity.
Skills Set:
*Health & Safety Passport (or equivalent);
*Proactive in the resolution of engineering obstacles, conferring with supervisor;
*Customer focussed;
*Flexible;
*Experience with cabling - fibre optic preferred but not essential.
