Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for Experienced Process Engineer. You will be responsible for all process related issues on assigned tools and processes. Main tasks are continuous improvement activities and support to the manufacturing organisation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
To improve activities you define and execute actions and projects based on pareto`s and trends for Key Performance Indicators like line yield, uptime, Ppk`s, OOC`s en particle performance.
Projects you will be involved in:
-Cost reduction by producing more wafers per metal deposition target
-Qualification 2nd tool for a metal layer in a critical MIM capacitor
-Standardisation to one metal deposition temperature for all AlSiCu deposition layers to improve OEE
-Chamber matching to improve the performance of less functioning chambers to the ``golden`` chambers
-Improvement of particle performance
-Find an alternative method for tool control to replace the density measurement of a metal layer

For manufacturing you give support on complex tool and process issues. Therefore you analyze data, make action plans and you coach technicians en process operators. To improve the skills and knowledge of the shifts you give trainings.

Besides this you develop and qualify new process steps for new products. Hereby you have close contact with colleagues from other Equipment and Process Engineering sections and with the Process Integration department.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor or Master degree in physics, chemistry or process development

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in production technologies in semiconductor industry
-Analytical skills, problem solving techniques, etc
-Familiar with AMAT thin film deposition tools (PVD and CVD)
-Precise, focus on quality
-Result driven
-Good communication skills
-Organisation skills
