THIS IS A GREAT JOB SINCE …

You will have responsibility and ownership in all stages of the software development process, from needs definition through wire frames, development, testing, bug fixing, deployment, enhancements, and performance optimization.

We’re open to learning and to teaching! If you have ideas about how to improve our processes, we’re all ears. If you have areas where you would like to hone your own skills, we’ll help you
grow in that area.

You have a great attitude, are willing to learn from mistakes, can handle the ups-and-downs of working on a complex, mission-critical system with tight timelines, and love workingwith our team.

You don’t believe there’s any skill set you can’t master, you don’t believe there’s any challenge you’re not smart enough to solve, and you know for certain you will succeed.

You are NOT above any part of the job. You’re willing to do the boring but critical tasks to make our product great.

You have experience in software development for the web. Ruby on rails, search engine optimization, managing infrastructure, database optimization, javascript and css are each a plus, but not required.
