In order to secure an interview the successful SharePoint Consultant will require:
* 2-4 Years SharePoint experience
* Experience of working in a SharePoint 2010 environment
* Stakeholder identification and management
* Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills
* Solid experience of requirements gathering and a strong client focus.
* Excellent communication skills
