Strategic Transformation Manager-Lending Platform-Contract-London/Manchester-£/dayMy Client, a top tier bank is currently looking for an experienced Strategic Transformation Manager to come on board and take responsibility for the banks identifying, quantifying, planning and controlling all related activities on an initiative/workstream/reporting/control and governance on their Lending Platform.
You will the following experience to be considered for this role:
- Previous Strategic Transformation Management experience
- Experience delivering a Lending Programme ideally
- Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Experience of Change governance processes and Procedures
- Dealing with a Diverse range of Stakeholders
- Proven track record in banking environments
