Huxley Associates are looking for an electrical design engineer for a permanent role inSwindon.We are working with an international client who manufactures tooling and special purpose machines.
The role will include:
- Electrical design of manufacturing equipment
- Risk assessment
- Specification, quotation, hardware & software design
- Design of automated manufacturing/special purpose equipment
- Software design: HMI, PLC & safety
- Hardware design: schematic, panel layout, cable harnesses.
Skills/Experience require for role:
- Commissioning & maturation of manufacturing equipment
- Proficient in PLC programming, preferably Omron & Mitsubishi
- Proficient in AutoCad Electrical
- Specification & design of schematic circuits
Qualifications and Experience Degree / HND in relevant engineering discipline
