Electrical Design Engineer - (SCADA) - Surrey - Contract
My consultancy client is seeking an electrical design engineer with SCADA and PLC experience to join its team in Surrey.
Experience:
- Qualified at Degree Level in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience of electrical design
- Knowledge of SCADA Systems and PLC Controls
- Knowledge/experience of Design Assurance and Verification and Validation Processes
Role
- Design and specification of low V), medium (11kV- 33kV) and high (>66kV) voltage electrical systems.
- Design and specification of electrical equipment including, transformers, switchgear, capacitors
- Design interface with SCADA and PLC control systems
- Preparation of calculations, technical reports, specifications, schedules and operating procedures
