We require an experience Senior Estates Surveyor on a interim basis for initially 11 weeks
HOURLY RATE: £26 - £28 PER HR LTD, depending on experience
THIS POSITION INVOLVES THE MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL (ie NON-RESIDENTIAL) PROPERTY.

Job description:
We are looking for someone with valuation and lease renewal experience.
To deliver a high quality, efficient and effective property management service for the Councils property portfolio including, new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, easements, wayleaves, and general estate management issues.
Person Specification:
MUST be experienced in Estate Management as above.
Local Gov experience desirable.
