On behalf of one of our Clients, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality safety products, we are currently searching for a: SAP CRM Programmer/Analyst

Please note: this is a permanent role!

Position description: The successful candidate will support the implementation – and ongoing maintenance – of the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) solution for field and factory service.

Responsibilities:

Implementing SAP CRM, starting with Service and then implementing other modules. The implementation will begin in Germany and extend to other European countries.
Work in a team-oriented environment with other IT staff to support SAP CRM and SAP ECC SD integration.
Create test scripts and drive integration and regression testing.
Perform maintenance and support of SAP CRM Service with potential to support future implementations of Sales and Marketing modules
For future enhancements to CRM, work with the business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, perform ROI and risk analysis.
Successfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time, on budget while exceeding customer expectations.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:

Experience implementing SAP CRM.
Strong project management skills with experience meeting key project milestones.
Experience troubleshooting data synchronization between SAP ECC and CRM.
Experience integrating SAP CRM and ECC, especially integrating customer master data and service orders.
Experience with functional design and configuration of SAP CRM.
Experience with end-user support for SAP CRM, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Technical knowledge of Interaction Center (IC) web development and IC web client components.
Ability to interact with other staff, including business staff up to and including management level.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Some travel – approximately 30% – to corporate headquarters in the US and travel to other offices in Europe based on CRM implementation schedules and support requirements.

Preferred:

Have a basic understanding of SAPECC 6.0 core modules in addition to SD (CO, FI, HR, MM, PP) and manufacturing business processes.
In-depth experience with SAP ECC 6.0 Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) module.
Experience performing data loads using list management and/or LSMW.
Experience in ABAP and ABAP OOPS, WebUI development, GenIL, WebDynrpo, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, CRM reporting, and Java.
Experience with Java or other object-oriented development with a focus on the MVC design pattern.
Good understanding of business processes including, but not limited to sales, customer service, product service, and marketing.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or related discipline. At least 7 years of SAP CRM experience with multiple implementations can replace Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with an international work environment that includes team members from different countries and cultures.
