UK Sales and Rental Engineer
Reporting to Sales Manager based in the UK
Principal Responsibilities:
  • For the range of standard company products
    • Generate sales leads
    • Process sales enquiries
    • Oversee generation of sales quotations
    • Ensure close out of all enquiries and quotations
  • Manage key accounts to ensure identified customers and/or distributors receive the highest level of service
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to customers and potential customers
  • Participate at sales and marketing events, including product operational demonstrations and customer training
  • Health and Safety

Requirements:
Education:
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in an electrical/electronic/mechanical technical discipline


Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Commercial knowledge and experience gained within the Subsea industry


Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing
  • For the range of standard products
    • Generate sales leads
    • Process sales enquiries
    • Oversee generation of sales quotations
    • Ensure close out of all enquiries and quotations
  • Manage key accounts to ensure identified customers and/or distributors receive the highest level of service
  • Liaise with technical and commercial specialists within the company to help deliver product solutions to satisfy the customer's needs.
  • Maintain details within the CRM system to ensure clients details are current
  • Process sales enquiries, generating sales quotations and sales orders
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to customers and potential customers
  • Participate at sales and marketing events, including product operational demonstrations and customer training
  • Liaise with customer support engineers
  • Provide customer feedback on product performance; weaknesses and strengths
  • Visit clients and potential clients in UK and overseas
  • Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure that standards of housekeeping are maintained to ensure a safe and productive working environment
  • Ensure that Quality procedures are adhered to and appropriate quality records are maintained
  • Ensure that hazardous situations that may lead to a Health and Safety, Quality or Environmental loss are reported promptly and appropriately
