Channel Manager - Telco- VendorUK£55-65k + OTE + CarMy client have offices all over the world and have been present in the UK for over 10 years, they are now looking to add to their extensive team due to excellent results last quarter and have enlisted my help in securing a Channel Manager for the UK.
My clients provide end-users with a convergent telecommunications solutions and services, offering a range of end-to-end telecoms and IT network solutions.
The successful channel manager should be based in the South East and should have experience selling telecommunications solutions throughout theUK. You should have at least 10 years experience in dealing with both vendors and resellers in a channel manager capacity and experience of creating relationships with c-level customers.
Your role will be to increase the presence of this well known vendor through creating partnerships, increasing revenues through managing existing channel and distribution partners, and reducing the number of partners if they are not performing.
Experience needed and further role responsibilities:
- At least 5 years selling telecommunications, contact centre solutions, or unified communications
- At least 10 years experience in channel sales.
- Experience of working for a vendor is ideal
- You should have experience planning sales strategies.
- You should be able to advise partners on network solutions and services that fulfil their requirements
- You will conduct face to face channel meetings with partners and their clients
- You will agree pricing with partners to achieve sales in line company policies
- Ensuring that sales and KPI targets are achieved
- consistent channel sales track record working with Channel Partners with a proven ability to hit financial targets
- Experience establishing, managing and developing channel partner relationships
