Our client is a global market leader within the telecommunications industry and is currently looking for a Customer facing Project Manager to join their team in Dublin.
As a Mobile network rollout Customer Project Manager, you will be experienced in delivering customer projects within NRO and supporting a variety of business and functional requirements. You will also be required to lead projects throughout their entire life cycle, from initiation to customer acceptance.
Some of the key responsibilities of a Customer Project Manager are:
* Take responsibility for the delivery of complex LTE Network rollout projects, leading project team members, customers and third-parties as required
* Establish and manage realistic project, quality and risk plans. Monitor and control team performance against each element of the work-breakdown structure
* Control resources and costs against the project budget.
Ensure that change control procedures are actively used to assess and manage the impact of proposed changes to the project on costs, timescales and scope
* Lead diverse project teams, allocating and monitoring tasks, motivating staff and providing input to individual performance appraisals
The ideal Mobile network rollout Customer Project Manager will have excellent customer facing experience managing external stakeholders and third party suppliers. You will manage all the optimization activities and the site acceptance in terms of handover docs, and managing relevant optimization teams.
