Description
Under the direction of the Senior Expert the successful candidate will be responsible for the research, development, implementation and monitoring advanced and improved methodologies to continuously improve Huawei's Internal Audit process. You will be required to provide expertise and knowledge to the introduction of new internal audit methodologies for internal audits to be conducted in the field of complex Financial Transactions, Financial Management, Financial Planning and strategy. You will be responsible to lead a team of Internal Auditors in internal audits field of Financial Transactions, Financial Management, Financial Planning and Financial Strategy and planning the audit coverage.
The following skills are essential:
Extensive experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably with experience of conducting internal audits on complex financial areas. This experience would have been gained in the Financial Services, Bank Taxation areas.
Management Experience with proven ability to manage people and communicate with senior management.
Detailed knowledge of the internal audit of complex financial systems.
Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to draft and edit in English various types of written
reports and to articulate ideas in a clear, concise style.
Ability to prepare high-quality reports.
Ability to plan work and manage conflicting priorities, and handle a large caseload simultaneously.
Very good interpersonal skills.
Professional Qualification Requirements:
CMIIA, CIA.
PIIA may be accepted if currently studying for CMIIA.
Accountancy qualification may be accepted if accompanied by IA qualification or studying for that qualification.
International Travel will be a requirement of the role.
