Our direct client is in need of an IT Operations Analyst to fill a 4-month contract position in Heighland Heights, OH.We will call qualified candidates after review. Overtime: straight time
- Computer technical support experience
- Willing to work an initial 4 month contract
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in an IT related field preferred (3 years experience IT support in lieu of degree)
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
