SAP GRC Business Analyst ()

Main purpose of role
- Project design and rollout of SAP GRC with in organization's SAP environment with the focus on User access rights, role design strategy and corresponding audit compliance
- Coordination with security solution lead and of organization's existing SAP Basis and user administration resources in UK and overseas
- Administration of all types of users and their access in SAP, incl. production, testing, development and sandbox environments for ECC, BW, HCM and Solution Manager
- Translation of user access requirements (functional and organizational) into corresponding business roles
- Review of user access requirements and advice in case of segregation of duties conflicts and/or security risks
- Maintaining documentation of user access, organization units grouping and roles
- Assistance in role and authorization testing
- Coordinate regular review of user access (monthly super user review, monthly and quarterly critical role review and quarterly user account review)
- Monitoring of SAP security settings and usage
- Preparation of reports regarding users and access based on various business need
- Support & user helpdesk: maintaining user information and parameters, troubleshooting (missing role assignment, login difficulty, password problem, etc.)
- Primary contact for Financial (IT) Audits
- Assistance in projects related to SAP Authorization and Security if required (ongoing territory rollouts)
Required skills
- Studies/Education in IT or appropriate work experiences in an IT environment
- Knowledge of finance processes and of internal control (segregation of duties)
- Knowledge on GRC rollout project management
- Knowledge and experience in SAP security and SAP authorizations for release SAP ECC 6.0 and BW 7*
- Knowledge in SAP modules (FI, CO, PS, BW)
- User Administration - User Administration with Authorization (Profile maintenance through PFCG)
- Support experience with integrated environments such as SAP ECC 6.0, Business Intelligence (BI 7.0), HCM (ECC 6. Or Higher) & Enterprise portal (EP 6.0)
- Attention to details, strong analysis and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be more easily understood by other team members and business users
- Ability to work in teams, solve problems, adapt to changes and address rapidly evolving technologies
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Related SAP trainings: ADM 960 (Security in SAP System Environments), ADM 940 (ABAP AS Authorization Concept) & BW 365 (BW User Management and Authorizations)
Desired skills
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager & Transport Express System
- Knowledge of basic SAP Basis NetWeaver Administration
- Alerts, ABAP dump/error, system log monitoring and analysis
