Description
We have an urgent requirement for a global telecoms company looking for a Vendor Manager to join them on a contractual basis in Ireland.
This client requires a Vendor Manager to analyse the operational performance of all Service Providers (ASP/SP). Reporting into the Field Services Deployment Manager, your main duties are to drive service delivery performance and operational excellence of third party service suppliers by measuring all deliverable and service level agreements according to the performance Framework, reporting these measurements on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
As the Vendor Manager your core responsibilities will be to provide thought leadership in coordination and performance of appropriate tasks that contribute to the execution of the Ireland strategies and objectives, including:
* Define the performance criteria for all Vendor deliverables including Operational performance, Delivery Precision, Quality and Health & Safety compliance.
* Measure and report on all Third Party Vendors internally to all project and programmes and to senior Stakeholders management.
* Effective governance of the Vendor performance by conducting regular monthly review meetings with the Vendor with representatives from the client Local Service Organisation teams (Programme Managers, Vendor Manager and Local sourcing team)
* Root cause Analysis of all Vendor under-performance and define action plans with the Vendor for continuous improvement
* Participate in the Vendor selection process with Local Service Organisation (LSO) and sourcing teams.
Your are required to have a strong background in 2G/3G/4G/LTE Network delivery processes, NRO business environment familiarity including budgeting, pres-sales, managing third party suppliers in a telecoms multi-vendor environment.
