About this Job This position is a full time regular position based from Aberdeen, it involves providing engineered solutions to clients for the provision of Coiled Tubing and Pressure Pumping Services. Key responsibilities / accountabilities
  • Provide engineered solutions to satisfy client and regulatory requirements during the planning and execution of Coiled Tubing intervention and pumping services.
  • Liaise directly with clients, internal departments and third party suppliers
  • Specify equipment requirements to fully meet operational requirements
  • Brief field personnel on engineering aspects of an operation prior to mobilisation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to meet client requirements and provide operational updates.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers and partners to co-ordinate operations
  • Maintain job design and operational detail records
  • Provide operational reports to clients as required.
  • Ensure field tickets are delivered to billing team in a timely manner and provide assistance with any invoicing queries
  • Visit clients on a regular basis and actively promote Baker Hughes services and products
  • Actively participate in industry technical events
  • Presentation of company services, product and operational experience to clients and at industry events
  • Visit field locations if required for planning of complex operations
  • Ensure full awareness and compliance of all operations and QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
  • Actively ensure health and safety of self and others is preserved at all times and participate in company behavioural based safety scheme


Candidate must be
  • Competent in Coiled Tubing job design
  • Competent in all forms of calculations associated with Coiled Tubing and Pressure Pumping Service
  • Previous offshore experience of Coiled Tubing operations
  • Experienced in client contact
  • Awareness of other well intervention activities
  • Involvement in Coiled Tubing HPHT operations would be advantageous


Essential qualifications / requirements
  • Engineering degree or diploma
