Market Data Administration ManagerYou shall hold regular 1:1's to help shape development of analysts through guidance and coaching and set up team objectives, manage individual performance reviews and development plans.
Market Data Contract Management
- Relationship management for a portfolio of HSBC's market data vendors
- Management of global agreements in conjunction with procurement and regional teams
- Ensures that HSBC leverages its global purchasing power through global coordination
- Define & implement allocation of costs of global agreements
- Good understanding of audit and compliance issues
Key experience
- Highly motivated with excellent people skills
- Experienced in Vendor Sourcing Management with expert knowledge of market data purchasing practices and processes
- Good understanding of the commercial terms and conditions of the major market data vendors
- Capable of tracking compliance to vendor license and data usage policies
- Extensive knowledge of Market Data products and experience of tools such as Excel, MDM, RPM and Crystal reporting
- Strong finance and administration skills
