  • PMBOK, Diploma in Business Administration, Assessment & Workplace training.
  • 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in Banking and Finance. 
  • To have utilised tools to manage projects such as PPMC and Clarity to maintain risks, issues, change requests, status reports, resource management and finances, depending on the company.
  • Administration experience with minutes, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, customer service, complex document design and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong time management and prioritising skills, able to juggle multiple tasks while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Supportive and dependable team player, with supervisory experience and the ability to work independently.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a caring personality, enhancing excellent people skills

  • Project Coordinator with a Bank being responsible for program or projects details in PPMC which covered creation of dashboards, maintained issues, risks, resource demand, update staffing profiles, status reporting, approval of timesheets and project closure.
  • To have lead the planning phase of a project, establishing resource requirements, briefing technical contractors (IT and communications), and updating all stakeholders.
  • Project Coordinator implementing a CRM across the network of NSW regional offices.
