An experienced MW Planner is needed for a project with one of our clients, a major player in the telecoms arena, based in Stockholm, Sweden. The project will commence end of August and initially will be for 3-6 months.

MW Planner responsibility:

Responsible for TDM/IP microwave network planning and technology support.

Responsible for customer communication and project implementation of TDM/IP network planning and optimize to be formed.

Responsible for the successful delivery of the project.

Knowledge transfer

Qualifications for the position:

Strong technical knowledge both in microwave theory and microwave equipment, such as Ericsson TN Microwave and NSN MW.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Microwave network planning or related technical skills.

Preferred if with Telenor Network experience.

Know well microwave project delivery flow, and with project management knowledge.

Familiar with basic IP, VLAN, etc. TCP/IP knowledge.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Driving license is an advantage when customer visits is common.

Fluency in English languages, Swedish is a plus

Strong communication skills, strong process compliance

Service minded with good analytical skills

A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
