Be involved with systems analysis, design and development of the Siebel application and meet business requirements of the work stream.

As part of the Seibel Configuration team, undertake elements of business analysis.

DUTIES:

  • Design, build and test the Siebel application to meet business requirements
  • Translate business requirements to technical specifications
  • Support the Technical Team Lead and Project Manager in delivering the application

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 3 years solid experience as a Siebel Configurator with experience of Siebel 7 and/or greater
  • Minimum of 3 Siebel projects having repeatedly demonstrated configuration skills
  • Minimum of 3 Siebel projects having repeatedly demonstrated experience with Siebel's Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements (design specifications) into Siebel solution
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of system and database concepts and design in Siebel
  • Strong communicator and possess an ability work a multi disciplinary team environment.
  • Familiar with standard data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) techniques including data manipulation, data staging, data-mapping, error handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Experience with Siebel's Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM), Microsoft Access, IBM DataStage or other industry standard ETL tools would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, be able to work either independently or as part of a larger team and be able to identify, and provide alternatives to, risks and issues in the area of data mapping, transformation and migration. and experience in configuring the Siebel application.
