Oracle HRIS Administrator (Payroll, HR, Benefits, Finance, Oracle Advanced Benefits, UAT, HRMS, ERP, Shared Services)
Axica Recruitment is looking for an Oracle HRIS Administrator to work a 6-9 month contract with a major end user in Alberta. As a HRIS Administrator you will contribute as part of a regional team focused on the accurate and timely input and management of all employee and contractor details, benefits and payroll payments within the Oracle HRIS.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key areas (Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Finance) to monitor system problems/issues/updates.
- Enter personnel details and required information into HRIS and check that all information is correct, up to date, and complete.
- Updates Oracle Advanced Benefits, people and assignment details.
- Runs and actions HR Exception reports.
- Ensures data compliance with my clients Policy.
- Mobilizes, suspends, and demobilizes staff as required.
- Carry out any special projects as requested or as needed by the business including the following:
- Support the salary review process ensuring timely and accurate upload of data into Oracle for staff and contingent workers
- Assist with any testing of new system improvements or changes in a UAT (testing) GBS environment
- Enter set up of benefits during the open enrolment period.
- Provide necessary reporting as required by Operations and Human Resources staff.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS, Oracle Advanced Benefits and/or other major ERP.
- Strong knowledge of key HR processes.
- Strong HR/payroll background, minimum of five years working in HR/payroll shared services environment.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Microsoft Excel - Advanced skill level
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Time Management skills.
- Attention to detail.
