7+ years Software Engineering experience, including 6+ years experience working in a Quality Assurance testing environment
Team lead experience
o Expertise in formal software testing methodologies
o Integration testing
o Conformance testing
o Module and Functional testing
o Conduct document inspections & reviews
o Scripting and automated software testing tools
6+ years experience working with Mercury Test Director, WinRunner, and LoadRunner testing tools.
Strong understanding of platforms (UNIX experience preferred)
Strong programming knowledge
Remedy (Incident Tracking and Reporting tool) knowledge preferred
