Description
Our client (pharmaceutical company) is currently looking for a Contract Manager. The Contract Manager will manage the signature of a legal agreement by 300 different suppliers.
Location: Walloon Brabant
Duration: 6 months
Scope of work:
Manage the signature by a pool of 300 suppliers of a 2-page legal document (addendum to an existing Master Agreement)
Ensure proper communication with suppliers to explain the background of the request and the required actions from them
Answer the questions that may arise from suppliers; such questions may contain legal questions.
Gather all the signed documents from all the suppliers
Track and send reminder to suppliers that have not yet sent the addendum back
