My client, a leading financial services organisation in London, are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager.
The role is to increase employee engagement and motivation through the deployment of effective employee communication.
Your role will to be manage UK wide communication channels, ensuring the corporate messages and business unit messages are aligned and consistent. Also you will be tasked with coaching and supporting the business units in their communications approaches.
I am looking for a candidate that has extensive experience of working in an Internal Communications manager position, ideally within Financial Services.
