Our client, a blue chip corporation based in Norwich, have a new requirement for a Senior Finance Manager/Business Partner to join their team.
PURPOSE
To work flexibly in the Finance and Business Partnering team to support and help manage the activities of the team.
To provide financial support and relationship management to to the clients Functions including Group Transformation.
EXPERIENCE
Relationship Management, Business Partnering, Planning and customer facing experience
Strong cost controlling and accounting experience in a large organisation
Experience of operating in a Matrix environment and across multi-functions and multiple business units
Experience in an operational environment desirable
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree plus recognised accounting qualification plus ideally 5 or more years' post qualification experience
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Overall mix of strong relationship management and accounting skills together ideally with sound project life cycle knowledge and experience:
Proactive stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence senior management and build and maintain relationships essential
Highly numerate and good commercial knowledge/awareness
Ensures deliverables to very high qualitative standards and against sound technical accounting base
Ability to undertake process reengineering ensuring control standards are met
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Prioritisation capabilities against concurrent deadlines
Knowledge of project life cycle and infrastructure is desirable
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
