My client based in the heart ofSurreyurgently seeks an infrastructure on a 3-6 months contract. Ideally, you would need experience within the Public Sector, however you will still be considered if you have strong experience as an Infrastructure, then please apply with your CV. Key skills and requirements needed for a Infrastructure Engineer:
* To ensure all IT support services are provided to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
* Knowledge/experience in: EMC, SAN, Networks, IP Address, VM Ware, Citrix, Wireless technology
* To participate in maintaining technical cover across the department.
* Prompt escalation and resolution of problems as and when they occur.
* Provide customer interface.
* Maintain a high standard of technical project delivery and associated documentation
* Employ preventative maintenance and proactive solutions wherever possible.
* Take ownership of and manage the pre-provisioning of infrastructure equipment.
* Assist in the identification and provisioning of appropriate support team training
* Advise and provide consultancy to the Technical Support Manager and other members of the Infrastructure Services department as required.
