Summary:

This position will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries surrounding the messaging migration from Lotus Notes to Office 365. Scheduling migration events, answering customer's questions, and sending communications to a broad base of internal staff are all components of this position. Assists with special projects as required to enhance customer relations. Our not-for-profit client is staffed by professionals and millions of volunteers at more than 900 local offices nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service to staff across the country in regards to messaging migration to Office 365
  • Provides administrative support as necessary for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the project
  • Effectively researches, collects, organize and disseminate information in a timely fashion 
  • Assists assigned staff with support as requested, which may include, but is not limited to travel arrangements, processing of payment requests, updates to systems and databases, etc
  • Assists with assigned meetings/conference calls in handling registrations, logistics, minutes, reminders and other related duties
  • Assists in creating documents and materials utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes as well as other databases specific to the Division 
  • Prepares simple analysis of requested information or data
  • Follows procedures for tracking projects to ensure completion

  • Remains composed under stress, handles self in a professional manner at all times and takes personal responsibility for delivering on personal and organizational commitments
  • Ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities in a focused manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction
  • Ability to coordinate and implement multiple responsibilities, projects and priorities
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure is a must
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
